Role 01
The Judge
A real, credentialed judge.
Enforces the ethics of the room. Rules on decorum, stops leading attacks, protects the founder from cheap shots. Sole authority on what's fair — not what's true.
CRÆBIZ · S01 · Casting Open
Five founders. Three days on the stand. A public verdict.
Thesis / 001
AI made building cheap. Trust, distribution, and holding a room on camera didn't get cheaper.
01
Not legal. Public verdict.
02
Four episodes. One reunion.
03
Hold the room or lose it.
04
LOI-locked into the company.
"Take the stand. Defend the business."— CRÆBIZ, Season 01 brief
The Trial / 3 Days · 5 Creators
Real judge. Actor prosecutor. Expert bench. One witness of your choice.
Creators enter. The prosecutor lays out the theory of the case for each business. Opening statements. Evidence hits the record: clips, screenshots, DMs, contracts, product demos, 3D renders. Each founder's chosen witness — a fan, customer, or professional — takes the stand.
The grill. Expert bench cross-examines by domain — product, growth, ops, finance, hiring. Prosecutor fires off market moves and competitor questions. The jury starts forming opinions on camera. The drama of 'who's telling the truth' builds.
Eve of Day 3: the filmed Mixer puts all five founders and the full jury in one room, on the record — the only night the No-Contact Rule breaks. Morning after: closing statements from both sides. The founder gets a last-word question of their own choosing to leave in the room. Jury deliberates. Public verdict is delivered live. Emotional aftermath is filmed as it happens.
The receipts. What happened to the money, the business, the ego. Milestones hit or missed. Equity double-up earned or forfeit. The audience gets closure — sometimes redemption, sometimes not.
The Courtroom / Four Roles
Nobody goes to jail. Money moves on how you hold up.
Role 01
A real, credentialed judge.
Enforces the ethics of the room. Rules on decorum, stops leading attacks, protects the founder from cheap shots. Sole authority on what's fair — not what's true.
Role 02
An actor. In character. Always serious.
Not there to bully — there to test. Comes prepared with market moves, competitor collapses, and questions you didn't know were coming. Never breaks. Real money is on the line.
Role 03
Ex-founders cross-examining by domain.
Product, growth, ops, finance, hiring. Each expert owns a domain of questioning. Concise answers only. The founder is tested on conviction and command, not slides.
Role 04
One person the founder brings.
A fan, a paying customer, or a domain professional. Called once, questioned by both sides. Used to prove the business is real to real people.
The Docket / Four Tracks
In-market physical products get roasted hardest. Prove it isn't a free ad.
Track 01
Digital / Service Creators
SaaS, agencies, coaching, media, digital products. Opening statement introduces the offer. Evidence: metrics, receipts, contracts, testimonials. Jury pulls in a category celebrity from your industry.
Track 02
Physical Product — Pre-Launch
No product yet? You commission a 3D render or AI-generated ad film that shows what it will be. The jury judges the vision as if it were a Kickstarter you're funding.
Track 03
Physical Product — In Market
Product exists and has real sales? You bring it into the courtroom. Handled, tested, questioned. Expect a harder roast — the assumption is you came for free ads. You'll earn the verdict the hard way.
Track 04
The Merge
When two applicants pitch the same idea, our creator network is deep enough that we know both — and we may merge you into one case, one company, one docket seat. Better together than duplicated on air.
"A public verdict, not a legal one."
The Hotels / After-Hours
Separate hotels. No-contact rule. Breaks once, on camera.
H.01
The Jury Hotel
Private debates. Changing opinions. Alliances forming. Late-night 'I think he's manipulating us' moments. The jury becomes a character in the show, not background.
H.02
The Creator Hotel
Stress. Strategy. Regret. Ego. Calls with managers, lawyers, and coaches. The human side of holding it together — or falling apart — the night before day two.
H.03
No-Contact Rule
Jurors and creators never meet privately at any point in the trial. Format stays clean. Verdict stays credible. Drama stays honest. Breaks exactly once — on camera — for H.04.
H.04
S01 NewThe Mixer — Eve of Verdict
The night before the verdict, the No-Contact Rule breaks — on camera, on the record. Five founders, the full jury, one room. No evidence, no counsel, no scripts. Jurors can't commit or deal; founders get one social shot to move a mind. The strongest business doesn't always win the room. The strongest founder usually does.
The Cut / Four Episodes + Reunion
Four episodes plus a reunion 30 days later.
EP.01
The five creators enter. The case against each business is introduced. Opening statements. First look at receipts, screenshots, contracts, and the actor-prosecutor's opening theory.
EP.02
Cross-examination begins. Clips, DMs, spreadsheets, product demos, 3D renders, and paying-customer testimony hit the record. The witness the founder brings takes the stand.
EP.03
Day two. Expert bench opens fire. Market moves, competitor collapses, hiring landmines — the prosecutor has done the homework. The jury starts forming opinions on camera.
EP.04
Eve-of-verdict mixer: founders and jury in one room, on the record, no counsel. Post-mixer deliberation, alliances, doubt, drama. Closing statements. The founder's last-word question. Public verdict is delivered. Emotional aftermath is filmed as it happens.
EP.R
Thirty days later. What happened to the money, the business, the ego, the milestone. Winners return, losers return, jurors return. The receipts get published — good or bad.
The Prize / Season 01
Sponsor-funded prize. LOI-locked into the company. Milestone doubles it — that round is for equity.
Mechanic 01
Cash, not a check
Sponsor-funded prize money. No equity taken on stage. The show pays the winner — the winner keeps the company.
Mechanic 02
LOI-locked
Winner signs an LOI on stage. 100% of the prize is deposited into the venture's company account and spent on the business. No lifestyle draws.
Mechanic 03
Earn the double
Hit the milestone with us and we double the prize back-stage — that round is for equity. Alignment gets earned, not asked for.

The Jury
Never a panel of VCs. Buyers, operators, HR, a category celebrity — all vote on the same case.
Seat / 01
Consumer Panel
Everyday buyers — gas station workers, teachers, students. The people who actually swipe the card. Would they buy it?
Seat / 02
Operators & Managers
Mid-level ops who'd have to run the thing you're building. They ask what execution actually looks like on a Tuesday.
Seat / 03
The CEO Bench
High-level operators who've already built the company you're pitching. They know exactly where the bodies are buried.

Package V / Family Offices
From $150K / season
For single-family and multi-family offices that want direct, early access to creator-led companies — pooled alongside the season vehicle with preferential co-invest rights.
